Royal Cousins at War | OFF AIR | PBA30

The First World War brought Europe to its knees and resulted in the demise of many of its Royal Houses.  Of the four great Imperial dynasties (Germany, Austria-Hungary, Russia, and Great Britain), only King George V remained standing while Tsar Nicholas II and Kaiser Wilhelm II suffered tragedy and personal humiliation.  This documentary shows how these royals, who were cousins and descendants of Queen Victoria, contributed to their own demise by mismanaging their countries and mishandling foreign policy.
