Amanda the Puppeteer

Amanda Hou is on a journey. The journey thus far has taken her to the Center for Puppetry Arts in Atlanta where she works as a puppeteer. Ultimately, Amanda would like to become a singer. Performing as a puppeteer with the Center has been a very rewarding experience for Amanda. Amanda feels that the knowledge and experience she picks up as she does what she enjoys will aid her in reaching her life goals.

The Center for Puppetry Arts is open year round with performances from Center puppeteers and companies throughout the U.S. and the world. Visitors can see a show, visit, the museum and even make their own puppets! The Center for Puppetry Arts was established in 1978 and has a repertoire catering to children, teens, and adults.
