Coming up in March, 57-year-old Tim Carlson and his partner, 45-year-old Richard Neves, will get married in Washington, D.C. The partners have already been together for 10 years after meeting online in an online chatroom. At StoryCorps, Rick recounted the story of their first gift exchange.
