Growing up, 33-year-old Satyam Barakoti had a checklist for what she wanted in a spouse. She always assumed that spouse would be a man, but then she was serving on the board of a nonprofit, and helped interview 43-year-old Tonja Holder for a job. Now they’re partners. At StoryCorps, Satyam told Tonja what was on that original checklist.
