Amelia Platts Boynton Robinson is 99 years old, and 45 years ago this week she tried to march across the Edmund Pettus Bridge in Selma, Alabama, along with hundreds of other people protesting for equal rights for African-Americans. In conversation with Genise Kemp Brown, Amelia told the story of the march, which started off at a church.
