The program traces his meteoric climb and reveals why he felt compelled to defect in 1961. Also included is footage of his painful homecoming many years later under the hostile eye of the KGB.
Hank Williams Sr.: Along for the Ride

The Cream Reunion Concert

After just three years and four albums together, Eric Clapton, Jack Bruce, and Ginger Baker broke up Cream, one of the most popular bands of the late sixties. Songs like “Sunshine of Your Love”, “White Room”, and “Crossroads”, and a style that combined blues and psychedelic, provided them acclaim that would translate into a berth in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame despite such a short tenure as a band. Thirty-seven years after their last performance at London’s Royal Albert Hall, the three returned to that same venue to give the fans what they had long been waiting for…a reunion concert.
