The Mormons

This two-part collaboration between Frontline and American Experience is a portrait of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, one of America’s fastest growing religions. The documentary explores the beliefs, complexities and controversies of the Mormon’s story as told through interviews with leaders and members of the church, historians, and both supporters and critics of the Mormon faith. The goal of the program is to provide an accurate picture of a religion that is often misunderstood, and considered mysterious, despite having over twelve million members worldwide.
