Lincoln: Prelude to a Presidency

This documentary chronicles the twenty year period of Lincoln’s life prior to his presidency and focuses on his participation in the Illinois 8th Judicial Circuit. During that time, Lincoln and a group of other young lawyers traveled the state attending court session. It was during this period that he honed his storytelling skills, as well as establishing friendships that would assist him in becoming the 16th President of the United States.
