Quest for Solomon’s Mines

Legend has it that King Solomon possessed temples and palaces adorned in glittering gold and copper taken from his famous mines. Countless treasure seekers have searched through the mountains of Africa for these mines despite there being no real evidence supporting the existence of Solomon. In the summer of 2010, National Geographic and Nova embarked on two groundbreaking expeditions to expose new clues in the desert of Jordan that may shed some light as to the validity of Solomon and the other Biblical kingdoms.
