NTTI

PBA 30, in collaboration with Thirteen/WNET in New York, sponsors the National Teacher Training Institute (NTTI). Targeting teachers in the Atlanta community, NTTI is a year-long, collaborative professional development program designed to teach teachers how to integrate video and web-based technology resources in the classroom.

Created by Thirteen/WNET New York, NTTI was founded in 1989 to help teachers use video as a meaningful tool in the classroom. NTTI is funded by the Corporation for Public Broadcasting, the Cisco Foundation and the GE Fund. Today, the main purpose of NTTI is to train teachers on effective video and Internet utilization strategies.
