PBA30 2017 JOE BONAMASSA hand-autographed Epiphone PR-150 Acoustic Guitar SWEEPSTAKES OFFICIAL RULES (August 10, 2017- March 31, 2018)

1. Entries

No pledge contribution is necessary. Entrants may enter without pledging by submitting the form linked below, or by calling 678-553-3030.

PBA is not responsible for lost, late, delayed or illegible entries or requests for entries. PBA assumes no responsibility for computer system, hardware, software or program malfunctions or other errors, failures, damages, delayed computer transactions or network connections, whether human, technical or otherwise in nature, in conjunction with this contest, participation or in connection with any prize acceptance. PBA, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process, the operation of the website or who is otherwise in violation of the Official Rules. Entrants agree PBA has the sole right to decide all matters and disputes arising from this contest and that its decision is final and binding.

2. Entry Time Period

This sweepstakes’ Start Date is August 10, 2017 after 8:00:00 AM (EST) and the End Date is March 31, 2018 at  MIDNIGHT (EST)No entries for the drawing will be accepted before the Start Date or after the End Date. 

Sustaining Memberships: Sustaining members give on a monthly basis indefinitely and are automatically entered into the sweepstakes if their sustaining pledge was made as of the End Date for this giveaway and is still in effect.

3. Eligibility

Winner must be at least 18 years of age to enter. All pledge and non-pledge participation will result in a total of one entry per name per drawing. Winner’s name must match state-issued photo identification. Persons in the following categories are NOT eligible to participate: (a) persons who on or after the Start Date, were employees of APS, AETC, Public Broadcasting Atlanta, or any prize(s) providers and (b) persons who are immediate family (defined as mother, father, sister, brother, daughter, son or spouse) of any person in the preceding category, regardless of where they live; or who reside in the same household, whether related or not.

4. Prize list and retail value

SWEEPSTAKES DRAWING: August 10, 2017 - March 31, 2018

Prize specs and retail value: One winner will receive a JOE BONAMASSA hand autographed Epiphone PR-150 Acoustic Guitar. Any and all prize-related expenses, plus any and all federal, state and local taxes, are the sole responsibility of the winner. Prize is non-refundable and non-transferable. Prize winner must be at least 18 years of age.  Retail value of prize: $200 total (Two hundred dollars).

5. Winner Notification and Acceptance

One winner and three backup names will be selected by a random drawing. Winner will be notified within 5 (five) days of sweepstakes End Date via e-mail, phone number(s) and/or mailing address as provided. Winner must sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability Release, and a W-9 form. Non-compliance or failure of winners to respond or accept prize(s) within 5 (five) days from the initial notification will result in the unawarded prize being awarded to the first back-up and subsequent back-ups thereof until prize is awarded. Winner’s name will be kept on file at PBA and is available by writing Public Broadcasting Atlanta, 740 Bismark Rd NE, Atlanta, GA 30324.

6. Odds

The odds of winning will be determined by the total number of eligible entries received. All pledges and all non-pledge entries will result in a list of unduplicated names from which one winner will be randomly selected.

7. Release and Indemnification

All entrants agree to be bound by the contest rules and further agree to release, indemnify and hold harmless PBA, its licensees, affiliates, successors and funders, and their respective directors, officers and employees from and against all actions, causes of actions and liability, including attorney's fees and costs, arising out of or relating to participation in the contest and receipt and use or misuse of the prize awarded. Prize is nontransferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. There can be no substitutions for a prize. PBA may use winner’s name for publicity purposes without further compensation.

8. Choice of Law

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, entrant's rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of PBA in connection with the contest, shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia without regard to the conflicts of law principles thereof.
