The Australian Pink Floyd Show | Live In Atlanta

Friday, September 28, 2018 | Chastain Park Amphitheatre

Australian Pink Floyd, the worldwide-touring tribute band, recreates the musical and visual concert experience of one of rock music’s most iconic groups. The band returns in September 2018 to celebrate the 30th anniversary of The Australian Pink Floyd Show.

Audiences can also expect a fabulous laser and light show, special filmed footage and original animation onto a large high-resolution LED screen, inflatables such as Skippy (a Pink Kangaroo), The Teacher and Pig and a 10-piece band playing the songs with all the note-for-note attention to detail and sound that has been honed from 30 years of performances.

The Australian Pink Floyd Show was recently shown on Atlanta PBS in the PBS special "Everything Under the Sun."

ABOUT THE PBS CONCERT SPECIAL

The Australian Pink Floyd Show: Everything Under The Sun

"The Australian Pink Floyd Show: Everything Under the Sun," a new public television concert special bursting with Pink Floyd’s most beloved songs, was filmed throughout Germany in 2016 at various venues. This one-hour concert features everything a true “APF” fan expects: an astonishing note-for-note rendering of Pink Floyd’s music, evocative atmosphere, lasers and even Skippy the Kangaroo (the band’s mascot). Featuring founding members Steve Mac and Jason Sawford, the band has been performing the Pink Floyd catalogue for more than 20 years and has played to more than 3 million fans worldwide. Lovingly curated, the band’s live sets are packed with the fans’ favorite Floyd classics from across the years that otherwise would simply not be heard together in a concert setting.
