Atlanta’s Best BBQ-Quest: Kissed by Fire
PBA30, Atlanta’s PBS station presents ATLANTA’S BEST BBQ-QUEST: KISSED BY FIRE. This locally-produced special introduces viewers to the many styles of barbecue being offered in Atlanta, and the people serving it up. Which restaurants will only cook hams, and which will use pork butts for their pulled pork? Are they cooking on oak or hickory or mesquite? Will anybody give away the secret to their barbecue sauce?
Atlanta Shorts
PBA 30 is showcasing the work of Atlanta independent filmmakers with a great half-hour, weekly series. Hosted by Atlanta actress-singer Debra McDavid, Atlanta Shorts features several one- to 10-minute films in each program.
